Isabella Hernandez is an associate with Bow River Law and practices in the areas of employment law, labour law and human rights.
Isabella has experience representing employees and employers with claims concerning wrongful dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination, disability, requests for accommodation and failure to accommodate.
Isabella brings a unique perspective to her clients. Having previously represented employers, she has gained valuable insight into workplace dynamics, employer strategies and the nuances of employment law. This experience allows Isabella to provide her clients with strategic, well-rounded advice to navigate legal matters effectively.
Before joining Bow River Law LLP, Isabella practiced at a regional law firm in Alberta in civil litigation, including the areas of Labour and Employment law. Isabella has appeared before Alberta Court of Justice and Alberta Court of King’s Bench, as well as various administrative bodies and tribunals.
Outside of the office, Isabella enjoys trying out new restaurants around the city, travelling, and spending quality time with her son and husband.
