Office Manager/ Sr. Paralegal
Mikayla Gilbert is the Office Manager and Sr. Paralegal at Bow River Law LLP. She has experience as a legal assistant in the areas of employment law, labour law, and human rights, and in management roles for over 10 years. On top of assisting our lawyers, she manages the office, ensures a positive and productive work environment, and provides a high level of care for our clients.
Before joining Bow River Law LLP, Mikayla completed the Legal Assistant Diploma, with honours, and worked at a large firm in Calgary where she gained valuable experience. She then completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Calgary in Law and Society.
Outside of the office, Mikayla enjoys a good hike with her kids, travelling, and reading.
